What does a subscription actually give me?
Every subscription sets two things: how many active deployed agents you can run, and how many monthly credits are included with your plan. You can still build unlimited draft agents.
Can I buy any amount of credits I want?
Yes. You enter any dollar amount from $5 upward and Pinksheep converts it at 20 credits per $1.
Do purchased credits expire?
Yes. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Included monthly subscription credits refresh each billing cycle instead of rolling over forever.
How does the loyalty bonus work?
For each consecutive paid month, your included monthly credits gain +10. The bonus caps at +120 monthly credits while the paid subscription stays active.
Do all plans include approval workflows and audit trails?
Yes. Approvals, audit trail, and spend caps are included in every plan, including Free. Safety is never paywalled.
How do Team and Business plans work?
Team and Business are workspace-priced plans with seat minimums, pooled monthly credits, and a broader rollout posture. They are best for shared billing and multi-user operations.
Can I add more active agents without changing plans?
Yes. Any paid plan can add +5 active agents for $5/mo. This does not increase your monthly credits, so it only costs the add-on fee.
